Using Photoshop Action Tools to Create Illustration Stock Images

Hello.

I’ve been wondering, I’m a contributor in a stock images site. I’ve purchased some photoshop action tools, I want to modify my image (un-edited), create a new image with the tools, and sell it to the stock images agency.

Is that permissible?

Yes you can, just don’t include the action file itself with anything.
