Use vector for a template psd

Hello to all:

A question … if I will download a vector from freepik (I have a premium freepik account) then can I use placeholder to sell from a psd template?

First you need to read license of your downloaded product or
if you downloaded commercial license you can sell them . but i recommend you to change something before sell .
