Updates included in Bifrost theme license?

I bought Bifrost 2.0.2 previously and wonder if there still are updates included
or do I have to buy a new license to get version 2.2.2?

Item’s update download is free for lifetme in Envato market. You don’t need to purchase a new license to get the update if you already purchased the license.

You can use Envato Market WordPress Plugin to get auto update features. This plugin helps customers receive updates to their premium wordpress Themes & Plugins purchased through Envato Market (ThemeForest & CodeCanyon).
you can download the plugin from here:

Otherwise you can download the update version from Envato Market Downloads page and update manually using ftp.

Note: Better to keep a full backup before doing the update.

The version in downloads is the original version when I bought the theme.
Its not the latest version.

Yes I did use the plugin and made an update but it looks like nothing got updated.
Do I need to do something more after I updated from the Envato Market plugin?
I can’t find any detailed instructions how to update.

Should also the corresponding plugins get updated or just the theme?
