How do I get to renew for the price stated in the email?

Hi @dbvdb,

May be when the email sent you there was a discount offer from the theme author and the extended support price was less.

This is the correct pricing rule for Extending and Renewing Item Support:

within Support period (before expired) for renewing have to pay 62.5% of the item price.

The emailed offer says until NOVEMBER 8 and this is only NOVEMBER 5?

Envato ThemeForest does not keep track of offers and stand by them?

I checked the date and as I have mentioned may be there was a discount offer from the theme author and the author decided to off the discount offer. extended support price depends on the item Realtime price.
