Why the Documentation field is showing as Unrated?
It should display Well Documented right?

Not if the documentation is “well” or good enough.
In our case, it is not so. Our new theme has the same full documentation as the previous themes.
I’m not sure but if that’s your theme, you cannot offer “Free installation” service along with the purchase. That’s against of the terms and you should remove the “offer” from the pages.
I’m not sure about that, too.
And, another funny story, the item is being sold again. It’s exactly the same previous WordPress theme. I’m really curious how it’s been approved.
