UNCODE paid 3 times !!!!

HELLO,

I paid for the UNCODE theme through the ENVATO site 3 times! :

I had UNCODE installed on Worpress but I had to uninstall it because of problems on Word Press. I reinstall it but now it asks me for a key (Envato Purchase Code). As I had kept the code, I put it in and there, Ceal told me that it was not the correct key… I had to pay a second time. Same problem (forced to reinstall WordPress). And finally a 3rd time and no problem there.

I have a new problem with WordPress but I no longer dare to uninstall UNCODE…

I still find it incredible to have to pay again to install a theme that cost me a lot of money overall.

Have you ever had the problem? What should I do if I want to uninstall UNCODE without losing “my rights” and without having to pay again?

If you have purchased the theme at the same day/time, you may request a refund from the author stating that it was a double purchase. They may be able to offer the refund then you can keep the one that is working.
