Sorry if I’m posting in the wrong place but I’m unable to validate my purchase of the X theme. When I enter the item purchase code in the wordpress control panel I get the message " This looks like a brand new license that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue." Then themeco won’t allow me to sign up.

They’ll get it sorted out for you ASAP.
