Unable to Upload Newspaper theme on my site

Hi!
When I upload my Newspaper via FTP on my first site, it successfully loads, but when I try to upload to another site, it successfully downloads via FTP, but when I check my WordPress site in the theme section, there is no Newspaper theme there, why?

Hello!

Please keep in mind that you can only use a single license on a single site. You will need to purchase another license if you want to use the theme for another website.
