try to upload first WooCommerce item, Please advice

hi,
Today, we are trying to upload my first Woocommerce item to this:

But when i try to start upload it with “Upload an Item to eCommerce” function., I cannot find “WooCommerce” category name from dropdown list: Category & Attributes / category.
Can you please tell me how i can do it ?
