Trouble Opening a Purchased File

I think I hastily bought something without checking the details. I purchased a graphics file with .ai, jpg, .eps options. No problem downloading but I don’t seem to the able to open the files and manipulate and edit. Obviously, I don’t seem to have the software necessary to open and edit? Forgive the naive question, but what software do I need to open and edit files with these suffixes.

Hello!

To open and edit you can choose one of these two files “.eps” or “.ai”, you will need to install “illustrator”.
