Translations to ES in wordpress theme

Hello there! SOS
This is my website made with SoledadTheme (http://sivarita.es/)

I need to edit some words that still appear in English. (These words are: in the search field “type and hit enter”; "Load more posts"and "Back to top"on the homepage; “comments”, “leave your comment” “your comment”, “submit” on the posts pages.)

¿estas usando poedit? ¿usas loco translate? ese plugin es gratuito y muy bueno para traducir

In case of interest:

It’s depend what theme did You bought. If You have .POT file, then You can use PoEditor to translate all strings and save it as es_ES.po
