Martfury Theme Spanish Translation

Greetings to all forum users,
I am new here and I am trying to find a plugin that I read about not long ago, which I believe would allow me to translate my theme’s language from English to another. I believe the plugin’s name starts with “Loco”.
Could someone please point me in the right direction to find it?
