Total theme - contact form

Can anyone help with Total theme problems below?

  1. I am trying to get a contact form (WPBakery element) to work in the Total theme but it is not sending to the administrator email address so not receiving even though I get a ‘success’ notification when submitted.
  2. Also, the form is not showing any Captcha.
  3. Finally, I’d like to have a different ‘to’ address for each contact form. I have created the snippet using Code Snippet but I cannot see how to apply this to a contact form.

Help!
