Themes included in subscription?

Are wordpress themes included in the Envato Elements Subscription?

In other words, if I purchase the subscription, can I download a certain theme for multiple sites or do I still have to buy that theme individually?

Only themes which are available on Envato Elements site:

Subscription does not apply to ThemeForest or other marketplaces.

Only These WordPress are included with Envato Elements Subscription. You can’t download anything form themeforest or main market.
