Having the Creative subscription alows me to get all the templates for free?

I don’t really understand if the creative subscription gives me access to the whole content of the Theme Forest market and support.

No. Envato Elements subscription will allow you to download only items available on Envato Elements site

Also, item support (nor updates) is not included with the subscription.
