We have a website on which the child theme of MediCenter has been used. We see that the them isn’t available anymore and the people who built our site have stopped. We get a comment on the site and we have no idea how to get that from that site.
It says:

Or, in case we cannot adjust it to the same theme, we can solve this issue for now.
MediCenter is running version 13.8 and you are running 8.2
Log in to your account and download the theme with the latest update or or buy a license if you don’t have one.
The site is running on the child theme of medicenter but that is not in the wordpress list as a choice. Or can we just change it to the medicenter theme? What is the difference
You need to update the parent theme.
How do I activate that update? Because it is not activated as a theme
Try to use Envato Market WordPress Plugin
Or the better way is to ask the author @QuanticaLabs.
The author is no longer in business. I will ask a new contact of us to do so or see how it works. So if we update everything it should again be working without that failure notice

This is just one type of issue people run into with using Wordpress Themes inasmuch as they depend on constantly being updated!
If the author is no longer in business, and you have an issue with your wordpress installation, and theme (or child theme) then you need to consider looking for a developer who may be able to help you for payment. No-one is likely to help for nothing (not that you might expect that) but @ki-themes is good at this kind of stuff.
