My withdrawal request to Paypal is also not processed yet. I’ve checked in Paypal also. Can we have any official answer here…?

Hi everyone, all payments were processed on time but we have been experiencing some technical issues with the functionality to show payments as complete within the Envato Market app. We are now in the process of fixing these display issues, but regardless you should still receive your payments as per usual. If you haven’t received your payment by the time you usually would please create a help ticket. Thanks and sorry for any confusion caused!

Hi everyone,

Thanks very much for your patience - we’ve fixed the issue that was stopping Swift withdrawals from displaying as completed, and all payments for this month should now be shown as done on your Withdrawals page.

Should you still be waiting on the completion of your Swift withdrawal for December, please create a help ticket and we’ll do our best to look into it for you!
