I bought a monthly subscription today under the impression it included After Effects Templates and Audiojungle, which to my disappointment are not included. Why are they not? Also, I did not clearly see anywhere during the subscription process that the above stated products were not included, did I overlook this? Lastly, I cancelled my subscription, then went to purchase what I originally wanted, but am locked out now… Bad Envato…

As far as I know, Elements has not stretched to Audio and video yet (but that this is possibly coming in the future). They certainly don’t promote that it is available, but do make all the items listed visible pre subscription and an outline of what’s included is on the subscription page https://elements.envato.com/pricing
