Two of my tracksā€™ item pages donā€™t seem to be functioning properly (specifically the music player and the download preview function).

I have contacted support about the issue but the problem hasnā€™t been resolved yet and this is urgent!

Has been reported before and some folks seem to have found a solution for it:

Still donā€™t understand what the thumbnail has to do with the music player though! Give it a crack if you havenā€™t already.

yeah james ! i had the same problem and i updated the 80x80 icon ! that fixed the situation ! it worked for two of my items ! try and tell !

Thanks @OsamaSayegh and @AmazAudio! Iā€™ve just tried reassigning the thumbnails and am waiting for the changes to be applied. Hope it works!

Hi. The price of this logo pack https://audiojungle.net/item/epic-logo-pack/19652686 seems to me been calculated unequally. As far as I know, it should be (8+8+8+8)/2=16. Not $9.
