Spa and beauty template

Good morning,
I bought “Spa and Beauty”.
I have installed Joomla 3.4.5 + Revolution slider + JCE + Akeeba
For the installation of the template, I will make the installation as an extension and I will use aqua_template_only_j3 or aqua_teplate_v.1.12 ?
Thanks for your help.
Does-it exist an installation documetation ?
