Your design has an interesting starting concept, but it needs significant improvements in terms of aesthetics and attention to details.
As higher quality items become available in the marketplace, approval requirements will increase to maintain appropriate marketplace quality.
While I’d be able to provide feedback as to how to get this approved, I can only do after it has crossed a certain threshold, quality wise. I’m sorry to say this isn’t there yet.
My advice is to check every point and try everything you can to improve every point more as possible.
The final result of your theme must be the same design, but much better, with lot’s of more small design details.
I received the same type of reject two times and I needed a big work to improve the design:
Last thing, this soft reject is really dangerous, if your next submission is not really better you will get a hard reject and then again many hard rejects. So be really careful before submit it
The message is quite clear with the lists and the captures they have sent you, much clearer still. Just try to work on those and concentrate on every possible detail; space, typography, hierarchy, harmony of colors, distance, proximity etc.
Just follow the rocky path and you will get what you are looking for, you are very close, so I encourage you to keep working.
