Shopify won't let me use my download.

I dowloaded my theme to a shopify store. i immediately closed the store as I messed up royally. I opened a new store and now it says i can’t use it because I was used with my original store. I deleted the them, the purchase code and cleared my cache. Still says I can’t use it.
