Several plugins (WordPress) do not work after download.

Hi everybody,

I have downloaded various plugins several times now and wanted to install them in WordPress. Quite often, regardless of whether it’s a theme or a plugin, the installation fails.
Either a stylesheet (style.css) is missing or the plugin cannot be installed at all.

I think it’s a shame to pay a licence or the Envato fee for something like that.
Who can I contact if something like this doesn’t work?

Current plugins that do not work:

The missing style sheet error appears when you are trying to install the wrong folder

Theme is missing the style.css stylesheet error

Same with the plugins - only install the plugin folder and not the entire download
