Seeking Recommendations: What parent theme to use?

Hey, gang,
Two questions:
1.
I am currently using DIVI for website development.
I have many child themes for Divi , which are sold on Divi marketplace.

I found out that Envato does not allow selling child themes for Divi, so I have a question:
What framework or parent theme can you recommend for me to create clones of my Divi sites for Envato using Elementor?
I am very familiar with Elementor, and the only question in front of me is which parent theme or framework to use for the site.
Yes, I can create a theme from scratch, but it will be ugly and without Theme Customizer at all, as far as I know…
Or are there any ready-made templates of empty themes for Envato, which can be used and filled with your own design? Or frameworks?

Which version of Elementor is recommended to use (regular or PRO) for design?
The regular version of Elementor has very limited functionality for design, so will customers be able to use blocks from the Pro version if they buy a theme from me?

I can’t find a list of all the frameworks approved by Envato Themeforest for theme creation.
I guess I’m too stupid to find it.
Could you please give me a hint?

DIVI is not supported at Envato. You will need to use something else.

It appears you did NOT read my initial post.
I clearly understand that Divi is not Envato approved.
That is why I asked for advice.
If you don’t have any advice, then why respond?
