Scheduled downtime - Envato Market and Envato API 18/02/2019

Hey everyone,

Starting 18 Feb 11:00am to 12:00pm AEDT, Envato will be performing maintenance. Within this process, Envato Market sites will be offline temporarily while the work is completed. The Envato API will also be unavailable.

Affected sites and services

  • Envato Market (ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, AudioJungle, GraphicRiver, PhotoDune, VideoHive and 3DOcean)

  • Envato API

Here’s a rough timeline of activities so you know what’s going down:

18 February, Approximately 11:00 AEDT (18 February 00:00 UTC)

  • We’ll be taking the marketplaces offline including ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, AudioJungle, GraphicRiver, PhotoDune, VideoHive and 3DOcean.

  • Anyone visiting the market will be presented with a custom maintenance page and a link to this forum thread.

  • We anticipate that the work should be finished in approximately one hour. This time-span may be extended if we feel there is a need for additional work.

For those who want to be kept up-to-date with the progress, you can check out all the action (live!) from our website. Please let us know if you have any questions below - we’ll be monitoring this thread, and we’ll do our best to answer them.


This maintenance has been pushed back due to some changes in our operational requirements. A new date will be scheduled and announced in the coming weeks.


How can I become an author at your site? It seem your author signup is no longer working? I redirected back to page again and again or we need to contact your support to become an author at themeforest?

I’m afraid this is not the best place to discuss this but you can open a support request at and hopefully our team will be able to help you out with the flow. Please make your report as detailed as possible, including screenshots and descriptions of the steps you’ve taken (URLs, which buttons clicked, etc.)

@NimbleVoiceless we’ve now identified an issue with the signup flow and have a dev team working on it. You can watch the status at and we’ll update there when it’s fixed.
