I am logging this on behalf of one of our artists. When they load an RTFX fire FX or anything else the editing options fill up with a bunch of TV Code bars and they all say Recovered. The FX doesn’t seem to work properly either, it shows up on the preview as TV Code Bar and not the effect itself.
Any Ideas?
So far I have tried re-installing RTFX 2 different ways and same thing every time.
