Review getting late

Hello Folks,
I have uploaded My first PSD Item on themeforest. It’s already 7 days passed from uploading. But My product is still under review. Is there any reasons?

It’s 6 days the review time but may take one or two more days time to time

As per my experience in PSD template approval case, you should get update from review team any time soon. The time shown in the http://quality.market.envato.com/themeforest is an average time and its showing 6 days for PSD template approval.
