I will be developing a rentals site (exclusive cars, flats, luxury house rentals etc). Viewers will send an inquiry to the clients email (through a form) the client will get them as a pdf and then the client will respond to each one privately.

The client also wants to have videos embedded inside the site from Youtube, as well as professional videos on the main page & to other key pages.

Which templates will you recommend for a site like that?

Any template that is video friendly that you can recommend? I am gearing towards Houzez or Residence. Any better solutions?

Also the fees to buy it are one time except for the yearly support?
