Question about my "Soft Rejection"?

Hi to all!

I know, there are already many questions on this topic. But I really need your advice and help. Demo: http://airfast.gitlab.io/coda

Here is a sequence of events:

Soft Rejection

  1. https://envato.d.pr/R7FPs4 Preview image dimensions should be 590px X 300px. JPGs should be named in a numeric order which will dictate the order in which they’re shown (i.e., 01_preview.jpg, 02_home.jpg, 03_blog.jpg… etc. ).
  2. There are spacing and alignment issues in this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and spacing is consistent from section to section. Here are some articles with more information regarding negative space and proper spacing: https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/using-white-space-or-negative-space-in-your-designs--webdesign-3401, https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/adding-space-to-your-designs--webdesign-14836

Thanks in advance to the authors who responded to my topic.

Hi,
You use different padding in every section, make sure all section padding is same. maybe different section padding causes the spacing & alignment issues.

Portfolio Section: padding: 150px 0;
Experience Section: padding: 150px 0 142px;
Skills Section: padding: 150px 0 144px; etc

Check your design carefully. hope you solved this issue.

Hello! Thanks for the answer.

Yes, I know about it, because at first there were 150px, 0. But then I rewrote a little bit so that all sections were equal. Because the line-height of the paragraph gave its indentation, and it had to be compensated.

Andrew

@AirFast you need size same top and bottom of all section of pages but no same size padding for css for example 150px, 100px etc

Do you understand me?

Hi, thanks for the reply!
Well, I have it as shown in the screenshots.

Although in the CSS they are different.

The thing is that it’s after I’ve done it. Maybe his remarks relate to something else?

for example

You check all browsers top and bottom you want 100px than:

If not same size 100px top and bottom (130px) than

(130) size original 100 - you take 30 (no 130)

100px - 30px = 70px like math

.sectionpadding {
padding: 100px 0 70px 0;
}

same to size 100px all browsers

do u understand me?

for example top or bottom 125px than take 25
