Help!! HTML Soft rejection back to back soft rejection.

I had a soft reject for my html template. Here is the some comments of envato reviewer. Fixed other issues but i need help for following issues:

Hi, Please check ORANGE Line and space in px (Footer) as they are saying about negative space.
