Hey, its April 04 and I’m having the same issue! I need to download ASAP. Can you fix it for me??
I am also having the same issues with no confirmation email. I have sent in multiple emails to envato and i have not recieved anything but my purchase confirmation email. when i try to generate the token it says i need to confirm my email and i never get an email.
the company i purchased my theme with says theres nothing they can do, they told me to download and install the envato api plugin and see if that works and the plugin installs but does not load the page.
please someone help
