Purchase Code Possible to Validate Manually ?

Hi Envato Team, And All Authors.
I have trouble some time to Buyers Purchase Code Validation. Because There are directly asking email support including “Purchase Code” this time not possible to validation. When Buyer contacted item support section then automatically validate.

If your customer contact you direct email with mentioned purchase code then you have to validate with your own made validation script using envato api. Otherwise you have to remove your email (don’t provide ) for getting support instead tell to contact you through Item Support page. Highly recommend please don’t share your api with anyone for security.
