Problems with Mobile version of Enfold Theme

The mobile version of our website displays a lot of extraneous code throughout the page (http://atnitribes.org/climatechange/home/ts/). This happens on all subpages under our parent page (http://atnitribes.org/climatechange). Does anybody have any thoughts about how I can fix this?

Thank you in advance.

Are you sure you are:

  • using the latest version of the theme,
  • your hosting php is up to date
  • and all the plugins are active and up to date?

That screenshot looks like the page builder plugin is not active or being read.

For what it’s worth that theme and @Kriesi are some of the best on here so I’m sure it’s an easy fix

Yes. I have the most recent theme version (4.6.3.1) and PHP version is (7.0.2-pl0-gentoo). I’ve also got the most recent version of wordpress and I believe that all of our active plugins are up-to-date.

The author should be able to help

Thanks @charlie4282, I am hoping that @Kriesi might be able to offer further assistance. I still haven’t been able to make any progress on the issue.

Cheers.

OK. I have a solution and a note. It ends up that @Kriesi does not follow this forum and I had to reach out to them on their own website to get assistance. However, they were able to assist me.

The solution to my problem was to deactivate the JetPack Plugin. For some reason it was causing problems in the display of my mobile version of my website. I wish that I knew how @Kriesi was able to identify the source of the problem.

Most likely there was something when they inspected the code or else standard bug fixing could well include going through turning off non default plugins one by one until they see which creates the issue
