I try to find a physiotherapie theme in German but could not find one. There is for examle Clilab, but it has few downloads and has to be translated, which I don’t know how to do it.
Can someone help me? That’s would be great.

You won’t be able to find a “German translation ready” theme but you could find something you like then you could use third party software to translate it to German.
Most of the time, front-end is OK, if you don’t mind some mixed language at the back-end, you could purchase any theme.
