PHP errors

I received a soft reject, one of the points was to say to remove all warnings, errors and notices that the topic causes, like this:

Please make sure that your theme doesn’t raise any PHP errors, notices or warnings. Enabling wp_debug can help you with this.

I do not always get the same errors that the reviewer sees, although I have wp_debug enabled. How can you determine 100% whether a topic is causing an error or other warnings, can there be any plugins for this? Thank you.

Do you use webpack?
I have the same situation with js plugin, I don’t have the error, but reviewer has.
