Payment Unsuccessful… my Credit card say it success.

Hello, I have made a checkout payment. but there is a notification Payment unsuccessful - there was a problem processing your credit card.
For security reasons we may need you to re-enter your Visa or MasterCard details before trying again,

The problem is, my credit card record says the transaction was successful.

is there any solution for that?
