im using paypal linked to my bank account. in my check out the payment was error but in my bank, the amount was deducted. this is x5 happened to me. it is difficult to contact support regarding in this issue.
To contact support regarding payment issue please open this page and then click “Open a support request”. There you will find drop down menu and on that menu select “Making a payment” and explain there what happened. That’s the only way to get help regarding failed payment as requests submitted through that form go to Envato support team then.
