How many templates can Elementor and Beaver Builder be used with? How many Templates does Envato Elements have? Are any of the templates built with the free/lite versions of elementor and/or beaver builder? What are the drawbacks to using Elementor and Beaver Builder with Envato’s templates? What are the positives about using a page builder with Envato Elements? Is one page builder better than the other? Why?

  • Numerous - you cannot use the premium version

What are the drawbacks to using Elementor and Beaver Builder with Envato’s templates?

  • None really
  • You need to understand how to integrate them properly and meet the necessary standards.
  • Badly executed can create theme bloat
  • You don’t control updates

What are the positives about using a page builder with Envato Elements?

  • Widens appeal to more customers
  • The majority of buyers have come to expect it
  • Helps compete with other themes

Is one page builder better than the other? Why?

  • Elementor is proving very popular, although WPBAKEry/VisualCompsoier has long since ruled the marketplace
  • Several of the bigger authors have developed their own page builders to mean that the experience is more tailored, less bloated and that they have more control

Thank you very much for the detailed answers! :slightly_smiling_face: I have just purchased the paid versions of both Elementor and Beaver Builder on Cyber Monday. From your answers I will not be able to use either one with any of the templates from Envato Elements, is that correct?
