I bought (O’TV - Mobile Online TV & Video Streaming App).
How do I enter the admin panel the first time?
What is the password to enter the admin panel?

And what is the name of the link that I have to put in APP?

do you mean odetv? Admin login you can try with the following (collected from Item details page)

username : admin & password : admin

For more query you can get in touch with Item Author by ging through Item details page then comments tab and post your query in comments. Author will reply you.
