Ordered Yearly subscription instead of Monthly by mistake

Hello there.

Please help anyone I am a student just to try enavato I subscribe and want a monthly sub of 23$ but instead of that, I order an 11$/month yearly subscription by mistake and I am very much scared as I can’t afford 138$.
Please help me to get my refund I need monthly subs instead of yearly.

I already email the support ticket number 2249895
