I have never had this problem until this last week but I can download a file but only half of a .zip downloads, scywd.zip.part, I restarted, chaged my what drive my file downloads to, nothing works, can anyone help?

This sounds like a strange one!
Are you getting any errors when it stops, or is the download just stalling indefinitely? If it’s the latter, try pausing and then resuming it. If it’s the former, and it’s failing at roughly the same percentage each time, it could be an antivirus blocking the download.
If it’s a large file, is it possible you don’t have enough disk space? (I have to ask!)
It may be worth trying a different browser, as each one will buffer the downloads differently and could yield different results.
