Once i pay for theme (ListingPro or Business Finder) will i get lifetime acces or i have to constantly pay for that monthly?

I’m planning to buy theme. I’m worried because i want to start directory business. If i pay 69$ once will i have to pay something again in future?? And i don’t want any support!! I will customise listingpro on my own!
Second , in future if theme forest delete this theme or update this theme will that affect my website???

No more payments and if the author removes the item then your site will be fine although there may be periodic updates available (while the item is still live on envato) that you will want to add as and when they are released
