I can´t install the demo content from the Novo template. This is the second time I post about it. I have even created two tech support tickets (#1934 and #2072).
The server provider has already increase the max_execution_time to 600 (from 300) and still the problem not solved.
The tech support from the template´s author has been extremely slow, taking up to 2 days to respond.
I´m very disappointed and do not recommend it even though the Novo template looks great.
