my last purchase for Betheme (invoice provided) is not listed under downloads and so I don’t have a code. 
Any ideas what this could be?
Do you have another account, maybe?
Also, check the Statement section on your account.
I only have the one account. Under statements I see the purchase and Paypal has also confirmed the payment. But there is nothing in the download section (only my previous purchases).
