Ninja popup does not perform popups

My Ninja Popup plugin does not execute the popup and the element settings screen has been reduced, not allowing editing the elements. Version 4.3.9

Thanks Luca, I tried to contact but I get the message that my support has expired. The element settings issue was a plugin incompatibility but I was not able to make the popup I created to work. Very strange because on other sites I did the same popup and it worked.
