new plugin doesn't work (hoteller + motopress booking plugin)

i have an envato hoteller theme with motopress booking plugin installed since 2019

yesterday i bought directly from motopress the latest version of the booking plugin for some new feature i need. i have a big problem because the new plugin doesn’t work. the motopress support is sure there is some compatibility issue with the hoteller theme. To be precise after installing the new plugin (v 4.6) in the accomodation > settings it should be a new tab to insert the product key but it doesn’t appear
