if you are not already registered you have to register by clicking on the “register” button at the top right of the screen.
Thank make the login and click on “Open a ticket” on the menu, remember to fill all fields ( included the “forum” field where you have to select the theme that you have purchased )

I lost all respect for NIC Dark themes, after a hassle with the ticketing system and an incomplete theme, no footers no headers and only possible to make the site complete switch an elementor pro licence I tried to ask about it true the ticketing system without any answers for weeks, frustrated it let me give a 1 star review which always can be changed after solving a dispute, NIC Dark decided to revoke the elementor pro licence what makes the theme I paid for and had no support on completely useless.

Instead of giving the customer what they pay for the author decides to cut the cable completely, I’m coming out with this story and I am sure I am not the only one, reading the support page is only people begging for help over and over.

This is the last time i spent money on this platform, thinking I can save time with a pre made theme which have proved to be wrong a couple of times before, this is the drop.

I have been testing yoo and rocket for some time now and have been helped professionally when asking a question and not getting a reaction a 7 year old would give, like emailing the problem and getting answers like thanks Bro. A complete Joke of a company.
