Issue in WordPress theme which is downloaded from evanto elements

Hi, I have downloaded the Hotel – Hotel WordPress Theme theme from evanto element but now I am facing some issues in the payment gateway thing. I am trying to raise an issue on nice dark theme support but it requires a purchase code.
how can I raise an issue for evanto element products?

You can’t, Envato Elements items do not come with support. You’ll need to buy the item from ThemeForest to get 6 months of free support.
