Need some HELP with the Collage Art Photoshop Action

Hi there,
I’m trying to use the Collage Art Action with Photoshop CC 2017. I followed the instructions as mentioned in the tutorial, but when playing the CUTS action I immediately get an error saying “The command ‘Select’ isn’t currently available”. then it pops up a few more times and the final image is nothing like it suppose to be…

Does anyone have a clue what went wrong?

There are a couple of collage art actions on the market. If you let me know which one you purchased, I can let you know who’s best placed to give you advice.

The problem may be that tour photoshop isnt in english.
(Or in the language in witch was created the action)
