I currently have a small project here that needs your help, if you take a look at http://kai-ee.com/index.html, the four little banners down there are not so appealing, anyone can do your magic wand and make it beautiful? the client wants something like http://cl.ly/image/3u2A2K2g0g0m

also, I need a redesign of layout for my client have this website: http://kai-ee.com/features.html and he wants something like http://www.qnap.com/single_page.php?sn=105&lang=en where in the features are shown all in 1 page instead of have an “accordion” like of slider.
